Since major transitions in the auction structure in Tanzania in 2018, the young AMCOS (Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies) have continued to improve their knowledge, farming and processing abilities, especially in the Mbeya area from whence this coffee hails. 

Fun fact! Tanzania Idiwili was featured in the World Coffee Roasting Championships, recently held at the SCA Expo in Houston. 

We are loving the profile this year, balancing light grassy perfuminess of green tea, combined with sugary, citrus sweetness.
