March–April Campaign Recap
During March and April, Caffe Ladro partnered with KUOW as our Coffee for Good nonprofit partner, supporting local, independent journalism in the Pacific Northwest.
As Seattle’s NPR member station, KUOW provides trusted reporting, thoughtful storytelling, and essential local context. Their commitment to public service and accuracy closely aligns with our values as a locally rooted business.
Campaign Impact
Through Coffee for Good purchases, here is what our customers achieved for KUOW:
- 228 units of the Coffee for Good Blend sold
- $684 raised as a direct contribution to the station
In addition, during KUOW’s spring membership drive, Caffe Ladro dontated coffee beans to be included as part of one of an optional Thank You gift for listeners who pledged $25 ongoing monthly support. We were excited to encourage sustained funding for listener‑supported journalism. Over 100 listeners opted for that gift!
This partnership reflects a shared belief that strong local institutions strengthen communities. We’re grateful to our customers and KUOW listeners for supporting this Coffee for Good campaign and for continuing to invest in local public media.
